I’m the Author of Engage the Fox: A Business Fable About Thinking Critically and Motivating Your Team. I teach critical thinking to organizations through my company, Process Design Consultants Inc. (click here), and the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies. I have an MBA, and my undergrad was in English Literature and Classical Civilization. In my business career, which has ranged from Consulting to Banking to running a museum, I’ve drawn more from a study of Classical thinkers like Aristotle, Socrates, Marcus Aurelius, Seneca and Epicurus than from studying financial formulas. My aim is to share some of that classical wisdom here.
